Full Description

Following the arrival, our wine experts from vineyards and cellars will provide you with extensive information about the plants and vine cultivation, as well as the seasonal weather patterns and how they impact the fruits. They will also walk you through the winemaking processes before you begin the harvesting experience. Then, with the help of your guide, you will start to harvest the grapes using scissors and crates. During the harvest season in Tuscany, one of the most fascinating experiences is a "vendemmia," which is the Italian word for grape harvest. In addition to learning about the local cuisine and wine customs, it's a fantastic way to get to know the local culture. You might witness the grape stomping if you travel to Tuscany during the start of the harvest season. After the field trips led by winemakers, you can witness directly how grapes—which you will have just harvested—become the starting of a wine. You will be able to see every piece of machinery used in the procedure and gain a thorough understanding of how wine is made. Finally, a full 4-course lunch will be served to you in the winery rooms along with some excellent wines that were made in the cellar.
